Place all sauce ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake well to combine. Let stand for 1-2 hours. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika in a plastic bag and toss chicken pieces in the bag to coat with flour mixture. Melt butter in large baking dish, place floured chicken pieces skin side down in the dish. Bake uncovered in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and pour sauce over. Bake a further 30 minutes.
