    • Ready made pizza base (or see Tess’s Pizza Base, in this book)
    • Quick and Easy Bolognese Sauce (see Mum's recipe in this book)
    • Grated cheese (Kraft Coon for us kids, parmesan for adults)

    Spread the Bolognese Sauce over the pizza base. Sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake in a hot oven at 400°F/200°C) for 10 minutes.
