If all the ingredients for this recipe have been prepared, start by boiling the water for the pasta, then begin cooking the sauce. The pasta will then be ready at around the same time as the sauce. (That is as long as you put the pasta in the water once it boils!!)
Fry the bacon pieces in a dash of oil until just starting to brown. Add the snow peas and sauté for 2 minutes on a medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until you can just smell the mushrooms. Drain the cooked pasta and add to the bacon, pea and mushroom mix. Add the cream and pepper. Briefly mix and then serve. Serves 4.
