Combine the flour, milk powder and salt in a bowl, rub in the margarine. Add the water and stir with a knife. Add a small amount of extra flour or water as needed, until you have a good dough consistency. Turn on to a floured bench and knead until as “smooth as a baby’s bottom”!
Roll out with a rolling pin and press into a greased pizza tray. Add your favourite topping and bake for about 13 minutes at 400°F.
